7000 Rohingya homeless following destructive fire in Cox's Bazaar

On January 7, a destructive fire swept though Camp 5 of Cox's Bazaar refugee camp in Bangladesh, flaring up at around 1am and brought under control a few hours later. There have been no casualties reported as a result. 
 
Almost 800 shelters are thought to have been destroyed, as well as 120 facilities – including vital healthcare and learning centers – either destroyed or damaged. UNHCR reports that 7000 Rohingya refugees are now homeless, including at least 4,200 children.
