Save the Children staff have reported harrowing conditions for families in El Fasher, Sudan, where ongoing siege and bombardment have pushed children and adults to their survival limits. Thousands are trapped, with limited access to food, water, and medical aid. The organisation is urging for a ceasefire to allow humanitarian access and relief for those affected by the violence.
