He is the author of “Social Enterprises in New Zealand: A Legal Handbook” and also does a weekly podcast called “Seeds” interviewing inspiring people from across the country.
Kris Morrison is a Partner at Parry Field Lawyers, and acts for a number of not for profits, charities and social enterprises, assisting with a range of issues including property matters, commercial contract, drafting of constitutions, trust deeds and operational rules, incorporation, charitable registration and schedule 32 applications.
